Shea oil is the liquid part of shea butter, the fat from the kernel of the shea nut, Vitellaria paradoxa; on the label it reads Butyrospermum Parkii Oil, cold-pressed and made in Ghana. It is the same fat as the butter, in a form you dose with a pipette.
